Paul Grilley
is a yoga teacher who shares his view on anatomical structure in a way which makes it accessible to anyone, and this helped me to more easily connect with the innate wisdom I was receiving from my body which didn't really fit in with how most people teach yoga today. Paul also teaches the Toaist or Yin Yoga approach to practice which can help to balance the predominately yang approach to practice most of us likely learned. Paul has a good book out, as well as two good DVDs (see Pranamaya below).
